'02 Voyager 2.4 cooling fan relay

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to replace the cooling fan relay on an '02 Voyager with 2.4l engine? And where is it located? I can get the part for about $62 but the dealer wants $280 to replace it. That would indicate about 2.5 hours of labor at $80/hr.
