Throttle body - cruise control

My 2004 Element has a "broken cruise control cable retainer on throttle body" (according to the dealership).

I am looking to buy this part and replace it with some handy friends, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Just a "cruise control cable retainer"? Or a throttle body? Or are they one unit? Any help would be appreciated.

I would have to see it. You can check the parts diagrams on www.hondaautomotiveparts.com to see if you can find what your looking for. The throttle body diagram doesn't so the cruise control cable.
