Help- what did i do wrong

Hi everybody

Having read the thread about posting pictures i tried to post some in the completed gallery but it did not work. The text is there but not the photos.

I copied the pictures from Photobucket using the IMG code and then pasted the code onto my my thread in the gallery.

Did i do that right? or have i got something wrong? I would appreciate your help so i can post my pictures.

I use ImageShack. You don't need to sign up to upload picture.

The format should be like this: directory

For example: IMG]http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/3573/29698980.jpg[/IMG

I removed the end brackets otherwise you will see a picture.
