Minimal Depreciation?

I am wondering if anyone has any experience or advice when it comes to buying a vehicle that will have minimal depreciation.

The idea is to buy a higher end, used car which 2 or 3 years from now will still command a somewhat comparable selling price as it does today. For example (and this is a completely made up scenario), a 2007 Corvette Z06 with 15k miles might be $50k today, and in three years, be $45k with 25k miles.

My goal isn't to make money on a collectible vehicle, but to buy a vehicle which will still be fairly desirable a few years from now with proper maintenance and moderate mileage.

Thoughts?

I don't have any experience or stats, but will give you my personal thoughts on the matter.

for high end re-sale value being 2 to 4 years old,,, BMW - Acura - Honda - Benz - Audi - Subaru.

While Korean vehicle's have come a long way, I consider them the worse investment for re-sale.

one car I think might do that would be an '08 Honda S2000.
