2001 grand am starting problem

I have a 2001 grand am quad 4 motor that i am having trouble getting it to work right.here is what i got when i start it,it will stall and takes maybe 20 tries before it will stay running and ounce it is running you can turn it off and start it and will work perfect,but if you let it sit for one hour it does the same thing,i have changed everything from fuel pump,coil pack, to key switch i am out of things to try,any help would be great

one thing that comes to mind is fuel leakdown.
cycle the key from off to run leaving in the run position for 2 seconds to let the fuel pump prime. do this 4 times then try to start the car. If it starts normally you could have a fuel leakdown issue.
confirm this by checking fuel pressure and also watching for pressure drop after the engine is off.
you may have gotten a pump with a bad check valve or may have a bad pressure regulator.
