2002 Senta Spec V misfiring

How goes it?
I have an 02 Spec V that is misfiring and I'm having trouble finding out why. At first I thought it was the plugs, it wasn't so I went from there. Changed the boots on the coils and just replaced the coils. It sounds a little better but I noticed something today:
Before replacing the coils, the car sounded exactly the same when I unplugged the one on the far right (driver's side) as when it was plugged in so I thought that was the bad one. Well, after replacing them all, unplugging that same one still doesn't make any difference. Unplugging any others makes a big difference. So...that cylinder still isn't firing.I've changed all the plugs, the boot things on the coils and the coils themselves.
Other than the misfire, the car runs fine. It's never hard to start, it doesn't die if you let it idle, it doesn't smoke, it doesn't hesitate when you give it gas, nothing out of the ordinary...it just misfires...
Now...Bunch of questions:
What is past that? Where do those wires actually go? Where can I get a wiring diagram? How can I test the wires? I'm going to look around and, if I find a wire that's obviously jacked up, does the whole wiring harness need to be replaced?
