Engine starts but dies when gas applied...

I have a 99 concorde 2.7 and the vac line from the driver side valve cover to the throttle body was broken fo I replaced it thinking that was the issue but I still have the check engine light and still the same issue as before the fix, the car will start just fine but the second you apply any pressure to the throttle it just dies. I have no idea... I checked other lines and cant seem to find ant that are bad, please help.
