Cool build! Didn't realise there was a prelude kit of this generation. Who makes it btw?

As for the tail lights - clear red and orange. What sort of probs are you having the windsheild attachment?

One tough looking build

What sort of light problems?
Are you using clear red and orange and glueing them in with KristalKlear ??

FUR105

yeah i know to paint them using clear red n orange...
thats what im doin...

the problem im havin is gluin them on..
im jus usin the plastic cement that i use wif the rest of the model..
is that wrong??
its jus that im findin that by usin that method (btw its the only method i know) its smudgin the lights n looks sh*t...

n to make it more realistic....do u guys n gals use chrome foil or do u jus paint the light backins silver??

plz help
thanx

OK.
You need to by using a white glue called Kristal Klear, it dries clear and wont smudge the clear lights and windows.

The backings of the lights....paint the body with a silver or better still, get some baremetal foil for a better look. Glue the lights on and it will look 100% better :)

Kool Lude mate, wicked stance

Like Pman says, get some krystol klear for lights, if not, some good ol' white craft glue does the trick. Dries clear, thats what I use, or a dab of clear paint from a bottle...:)

Also, good to see another Aussie, welcome to the funhouse:wave:

I think it looks great. Nice ride height and rims.

What I do about the winshield is making tape it in (i know its cheating, but it works). That way you won't get any glue on the windshield.

For the tailights, I use a red Vista-Viz permanent marker, and for the orange i use an orange one. They go onto clear translucent, so you can't tell that its marker. Hope that helps.

Guy just go to wal-mart or cvs and pick up a bottle of "Elmers white glue" it's the same stuff i use it for my tail and head lights and windows. oh and for the wipers too.

Looking good there. I like the red/clear back lights. It looks like the 90-91 ludes. Since you think the car looks plain, maybe you should paint the markers orange, and the fog lights yellow. Just my .02

By the way, I built one too. This is one of my first import ones I built. It was actually a rebuild. I got it completed. Stripped the paint off, repainted it, added the side and back kit, lowered it, and changed the wheels and tires. This is the completed work.

The kit already came with a front. I just made the sides and back. This is the kit. Tonioseven just found one (this is his picture).
