96 Ranger 4 wheel drive hub problems

I have a 96 Ranger with the turn button 4 wheel drive. It will go into 4 wheel drive with no problem. But it won't come out very easy. The 4 wheel will disengage but the hubs stay locked in.

I have searched a little bit and see this is a common problem. I have also found a few fixes. What I am needing is a exploded parts view or service manual on how to take apart and put back together.

Also, what is best to lubricate them with. I have see ATF fluid all the way to bearing grease. What is your suggestion.
