Fuel Line Leak

Greetings. I have a 97 Eldorado with a fuel line leak. It is at the metal connector going to the injectors. According to the manual, you need a special tool to disconnect. Is this right? Also, are there parts inside the connector that can be serviced?? Any thoughts??
