Soak the **** out of it with WD40 or some other "magic solution" for about a day or so. Tap it LIGHTLY with a hammer occasionally , the vibration helps the liquid soak into the threads......

Impact gun should be easy after that.

Is this the bolt in the front (pulley end) ???

my impact gun is a lil weak so I always use the good old breaker bar. Put the bolts back in the flywheel side and put a piece of metal through them. Kinda like this if you get it % so that the bar hits the floor and doesnt allow the crank to turm anymore. Then put the breaker bar on the pulley bolt and put all your weight on it. Sorry if you dont understand that but anyways, good luck...

All good advise, got mine off with lots of penetrating oil, tapping on it, a big impact wrench (rent one if you have to) and no heat! (the bolt might snap). Good Luck.:)

i get the diagram completly beautiful work there. since i dont have easy access to an impact gun, hopefully my 24" breaker bar and some PB will do the trick.
