My Wrangler has good heat throught the defroster however the floor vent is very weak. It blows warms are out of the right side and cold out of the left. Before I dissassemby the vent, I was wondering if anyone has had a similiar experience.

Might want to pull the cowl vent cover, and check out the vent doors in there.
There are two vent doors under the cowl, one is cable actuated, and one is vacuum actuated.
When I was getting a lot of cold air coming into my 93, I discovered that these vent doors were stuck open. With them stuck open, they were letting in so much cold air that the heater couldn't keep the cab warm. If I remember correctly, the vacuum controled door is supposed to open when the heater is turned on/close when turned off. And the cable controled one is only supposed to open when "vent" is selected on the heater controls.
Once I got the doors working properly, the inside stays nice and warm.
