you take the plastic housing and just pull it towards you its hard but it will come off make sure you get all the little metal clips holding it on so you can put them back on.

I'm fairly certain you have to remove the radio dash cover first.

Under the center, below the HVAC there are two screws at both corners, remove the screws and pull that large piece forward and you can get access to the entire system there.
