Drove over to Dallas this morning and left alot of my hard earned money for these little jewels:

Kits are (from top to bottom):
Tamiya Golf V5
Tamiya PIAA Accord
Tamiya Porsche 959 (two kits in one box!)
Tamiya Porsche 928S (1/20 scale!)
Tools/Toys (back to front):
Badger 100GFX Airbrush (Iwata style cup)
Three new tweezer/clamps
21pc Pinevise/Drill set
Also had the pleasure of meeting up with Sugarcaddy and his son. We had a blast, even though the event was 90% military models.

Nice buys ;)
BTW, is there an online list that tells where these events will be taken place in the US?

Yup I got to meet rick and he's a great guy. I didn't buy as much as he did, but did win 2 door prizes! Rick gave me his two tickets so who knows I might have won off his ticket:D
There were a lot of kits to buy but like he said about 90% was military. I did pick up a Tamiya Honda Lowdown for $15 and the dealer threw in a snap kit for free! I also bought a tank model as well as a monster kit. I wish I had more cash on me as a dealer was selling new Iwata airbrushes for $50 bucks.

Glad to hear you won more than the contest! :D
The airbrush guy was a little insane, I bought mine silly cheap. As for the kits, I just couldn't help myself. I went there to buy supplies like primer, paint and a pinvise. When I saw Tamiya kits for <$15 I found it hard to resist.
Overall it was a great time, very glad to have met Scott and his son Robert!
