it is highly unlikely that anything in the exhaust will get sucked back into the engine.
what color is the smoke? white or bluish?
since this is a new car for you, it is difficult to tell if the car was abused in the past.
if it is white, which suggest antifreeze, the most likely cause is a blown head gasket but it can also indicate a cracked head.
if it is blue, suggesting oil, the mostly likely causes are bad valve stem seals, worn piston rings, or a defective pcv valve.

well i looked into it, and some other people had a problem with the cat stuff getting back in engine and burning alot of oil.

its blueish color. i know its oil cause i drove it maybe 15 miles after i put exhaust on and i was like 2.5 qts low on oil .. the only thing we can think of is that pistons rings went out. but a buddy of mine said me running this exhaust with cat delete probably dont have enough back pressure and causing engine to fail. he said im the 4th person that it happened to after removing cats.

i am hoping warrenty covers this because it says it covers all internal lubricating parts including engine failure. just wish i knew how it was drove before me.

if it's blue i'd say valve seals unless rings went that fast? are your valve covers leaking? on way to find out do a compression test on all cylenders.

what year, miles on the car(why does this never get put in FIRST POST?????)
anyway what type of warranty??
i highly recommend you dont show warranty personel the car with the
exhaust altured. that gives them a reason to denie claim!!!

umm, its an extended warranty i bought when i got the car. paid 6k for it. and my paper work says i can choose what shop it goes to, so im going to take it to my dads shop .. and i will put original exhaust on it if i have to .. its only a few bolts lol

valve cover has very very slight leak .. other then that, no leaks .. i will find out tomorrow if it gets covered, but if not, where can i get parts for it such as pistons and rings? im strongly thinking its piston rings.

anyone know if its because of no back pressure since i have cat deletes? cause this guy told me im the 4th person he knows that deleted cats and had this problem with spec v.
