B18 for $400?

I have a friend with a B18 he will sell for $400. It has like 180k on it and has a oil seal leak. Is this still a good deal?

personally i think you'd probably spend more money getting that thing back in good shape than buying a B18 with low miles in good condition, but that depends on the area you live in and how much work you do yourself and how much time you ahve.

it'd be good to buy if you plan to just fully rebuild it.
