DPRE to EGR Hoses

I went by my Lincoln dealer and parts house in search of the two very narrow hoses that run from the DPRE to the EGR valve. In checking for a vacuum leak I snapped one of them and want to replace both (they are green and red in color). The dealer tells me they are now obsolete. Not good. :uhoh:

Anyone know where I can get these? I need them to pass smog.

There's a graveyard of used parts for the 4.6 TC, I would have no problem replacing both the DPFE sesnor + vaccum hose connections.

If the ends of each hose are OK you can go to any autoparts store and grab some 1/8" rubber hose to replace the nylon part, just leave a small piece of nylon and insert it into the rubber hose at each side, you can use some silicon sealant to make sure you have no leaks. Finally you can try searching at the "vacuum parts" department of the autoparts store, autozne has different nylon hoses and adapters that would definitely do the trick.

Best regards,

Oscar.
