need lexus help

hey everyone ive got a 1992 lexus es300 150k here is the problem sum days when i start it up or after i shut it off it just cranks and cranks you have to press gas peddle and rev it up when it does finally start and it runs perfect after that sum days however you have to crank it enough that battery gotta get jumpd if you press the gas pedal it will stumble for half a second then just keep cranking.idle air control vavle has been changed twice and visaully all i could see under hood is the steel line feeding fuel filter is twisted a little tho its been like that over a year.all of this started after trans shop changed fluid. ide appreciate any help

Check the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve for operation and if it is clogged. Also, check the ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor. Either or both can cause a no-start or hard start condition.
