I have a 1995 chevy 4x4 pick up truck. Was using it today to pull a trailer an pulled it fine..did not see or hear anything wrong. After I was done an dropped the trailer (turned off the truck as I unhooked it) an when I went to drive away...the truck would not restart. The lights would not come on horn would not work. So I thought dead battery so I got a full size SUV to try to jump start it. Once I put the cables on to jump I saw no lights came on so i went an turned on the head lights. Nothing. Still tried to jump but the truck would not jump so I am at a total lost on what it could be.

Checked the fuses dont think its those.

Most likely a bad battery cable, either pos or neg, or a loose connection. Turn on the headlights and start wiggling one cable at a time.

Dont know what just happened but went out to my truck an was checking on the battery an starter wires an went into the cab...bad habit I hit the cab light an it turned on...it did not turn on before so I got the keys an tried an it turned right over.

I did nothing to the truck so why would it not start but start now?...i'll be out there to morrow looking around seeing if there is a lose cable some where...thats what it seems like.
