96 Nissan 300zx modification help

Hey everyone I'm looking into buying a Nissan 300zx (any trim level) and turning it into a project car. More for looks than speed. Of course a few goodies under the hood but nothing crazy. It snows alot during the winter where I live so this would only be for summer and weekends. So I was wanting to get a few ideas so I know what to look for. I notice alot of people say a ferrari conversion but then alot of people say it looks like crap? So I'm kinda at a loss here. I just want a car that will turn heads. Plan and simple. Thanks.
