Is it a particular wire that is arcing or all of them. Is it a regular 302 or is it an HO motor? On the HO i know if you run wires for 7 and 8 next to each other they will arc through 7, 8 and for some reason 4. So if it is the HO then with new wires keep 7 and 8 as far apart as you can. Other than that check the routing for all wires. It makes a difference where they go.

You may have to get a different brand of spark plug wires.

O do i wish i was running the HO lol naw i got the standard 302 with 207,xxx miles on it. In the last 6 months have replace timing chain, cover, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, just stumped on it

you cant take and put spark plug wire clips on to keep them away from exaust manifold there plastick? if not like he said may have to diffirent wires on or just go get oe's to put on it? you don't have to go to dealer any parts store will have the oe's.

its hard to explain where its sparking from but here it goes..... where the plug screws into the heads and the plug wire boot goes over the plug is where it is sparking at

Do you by chance have a bunch of dried grease or fresh oil by the spark plugs? Other than that I would say defective NEW spark plugs or spark plug wires. I don't know what else it could be. I prefer Autolite or Motorcraft spark plugs and Motorcraft or Belden spark plug wires.
