Well, I have CCW wheels which are awesome racing rims. best 3 piece price around and repairable (which has been done many times) and light.

I am looking for a less expensive set for my rain rims and have not found anything yet. If you do let me know pls.

I run slicks usually 305 to 310 fronts by 650 and the rears are 325 to 330 by 700-705 depending on mfg'er
I'm looking to get rims for my Michelin competition (non-DOT) rain tires. I cant remember the size but probably very similar to above. 11" fronts and 12" rears seem to be working well.
Got any ideas?

i dont run DOT tires so I may not have good info for you.
I have run Pirelli, Michelin's, and Hankook (pro sponsor team tires only) with great success. I have also run Yokohamma's and they were not good without a totally new setup. Same with Hoosier slicks.

Michelins and Pirelli's seem to like our cars -- I just finished the set of Hoosier slicks and did not like them as well as the Pirelli's.
Eric swears on the Michelins -- those are up next.

I am trying to work a deal to buy some BBS 16" Wheels and I am going to run Goodyear. The tires are about the price as Hoosiers. They can't be all that bad plus I plan on running some Trans Am races and you have to run Goodyears in that series.
