Engine tone changed?

2005 Z71 5.3 107,000 miles.
I noticed last week that when my truck shifts into 4th gear it seems to have a deeper engine tone. Any reasons for that? Trucks drives and runs fine just a deeper sound.

Just differnt air flow through the intake, sounds normal to me.
