need help
has anyone ever experienced an intermittent code 7?
it is supposed to be related to the throttle angle sensor, and the only way to fix it is by replacing the throttle body or something. if i am talking out of my @ss, how bout a kick into the right direction.
by the way, i have a 91 hatch se (the bastard child of the si and dx) with a d15b2 engine.
thanks

Yeah, your TPS could be wearing out, and throwing out the incorrect voltage.
You do not need to replace the manifold, or throttle body, just the TPS.

The TPS is riveted onto the Throttle Body for some reason but if you dremel a slot into them you can unscrew them off of it just fine. I had that #7 code, but then it just went away for some reason. Maybe sure the harness that plugs into the TPS is in correctly.
