overheating no water in oil as soon as you start up it spits water out of radiator and white smoke from radiator the car was sitting for a day im thinking head gasket or cracked head somebody told me intake gasket any ideas

so there is smoke and coolant coming out of the radiator? Do you mean from the radiator cap or does the radiator have a hole in it?

What does the exhaust smell like? Does the motor missfire or run rough? May want to pull the plugs and have a look. But I agree, that usually points to a head gasket issue.
