Filler Neck Leak

Guys,
Is there a gasket under the oil filler neck? My '02 Regal is leaking from that area. I thought that the filler neck was pressed in and had no gasket. I could be wrong.

Please advise.

If I remember right, the oil fill has an O ring on it, try unscrewing the neck about half of a turn, I think it comes right out. If not, I'm sure someone will correct me.
