Electrical Problem?

I have a 2000 Malibu. Occasionally, while driving, the lights dim, the radio cuts out, and it feels like the car is about to die then all of the sudden it comes back like normal. Does anyone know what the issue may be here? Battery? Alternator? Thanks for the help.

It sounds like you might have an intermittent bad electrical connection there. Check battery terminals and ground connections. Corrosion can be a problem. The dimming of headlights is a pretty good indication of what the problem might be.
