Help with decals.....

This is really annoying my decals are liek cracking i don't knwo if its because of the harsh weather here.
I've liek used MR.Mark Softer then after that thin layer of clear and let that dry then think layer of clear. And i've let everythign do there dryign beofre i do the next step but the decal still crack. liek very very mini crack lines.....
But all the paint and clear is fine....
So what have i done wrong??

Could be a bad batch of decals.:(
