No ideas without more info.
Year make and modle and engine and mileage and what color?
Like what the parts man ask for when you go to get parts.
Do they have rubber O rings on the end of line or just screw in threads?
Quick coupler or screw in nut?
If threaded nut is it started in threads straight and good and snug?
Give us info and someone will h try to help.

Is the tube fully seated into the radiator inlet? More importantly, is the spring clip holding the tube in? Give it a tug, and see if it pops out.

Thanks Guys for the input. MT2500, 97 Blazer 4x4, 4.3, 4L60E, LT235x75x15, Green exterior with gray interior. Ha Ha.
I tore into it this afternoon. What I found was nothing wrong with o-rings or anything, line pushed in all the way, clip was in correct place & seated. So I changed out the fitting again the one in it was new. That took care of the problem. I showed the fitting to a couple of mechanics I knew & they did not see anything wrong. So I'm assuming it was defective.
Thanks Again

Thanks for the info and posting back how it went.
Yes sometimes we get defective parts.
When I do I take them back and throw them at the parts people and give the heck about it.
Run a web search there is several places that sell on line.
There is pros and cons buying online.
Most stuff I always go local parts places.
Saves time getting the part and no shiping cost.
And helps local people.
Most local dealers give 25% discount.
Some time cheaper than online and sometimes not.
Also buying local I have a close place to go to and throw the defective stuff back at them.:lol2::grinyes:
Your local dealer will most of the time come more helping getting Right and best parts and making stuff good if you do get defective stuff.
Glad you got problem fixed.
Good Luck

MT2500, Thanks for your input. The closet GM dealer to me at the present is 150 miles away. I did a search but could not find the fitting listed. I guess I'll need to call. in that case I'll just have a dealer in Reno or Carson City send it to me. We are on our way back to Arizona so I may just wait.
I belong to another Blazer forum & I forget that I don't have stuff listed here as I do there. I guess I should check & update my profile.
Thanks.

For online try www.rockauto.com and gmpartsdirect.com for oem parts that's what I use when I have time to wait.
