is it possible and if so what else do i need to swap out my 700 for a th200r4

As far as I know, you would need to modify the trans crossmember and lengthen the driveshaft.
But I am more concerned as to why you want to do this. All things being equal, the 700 is a stronger trans. The lower first and OD gears of the 700 are more truck-friendly, imho.

What is the problem with the transmission you have?
Also what year and make and model size and engine and 2-4 wheel of the transmission you want to swap to?
And what year make and model and model size and 2-4 Wheel and engine for the truck you have?
