99 Jimmy questions

I just bought a 99 Jimmy and 4x4 doesn't work the lights on the switch don't even work does anyone have any ideas. Another thing I heard that they normally have keyless entrey is there any way that I can find out if this truck has it?

As for the keyless entry, check the RPO codes in the glove box, (a bunch of 3 character codes on a white sticker). I think it's AP3, AP5, or AP7, not sure though. A Google search for "GM RPO codes" will give you the definitions of all RPO codes. Then you can compare them to what the vehicle had when it was built.

Ya i figured that out the other day. checked the rpo codes and ya it says it has it. guess i need to find a remoted now. Thanks

There's a thread in the Blazer "How-To" section that tells how to program the receiver... not a big deal, just takes time.
