Probe won't start

Friend's 92 Ford Probe isn't starting. Its been cold out here lately so he thinks it could be a contributing issue. It ran fine in the morning, but that night it wouldn't start. He waited til midday the next day for it to warm up a little and still nothing.

It seems to start ok, but right after starting it just dies. It has a brand new battery and the spark plug and fuel injectors seem fine. Help please
