I have a 1993 Chevy Lumina Base model 3.1 engine T and have gotten a new Fuel Pressure Regulator with orings and messed up those orings and need replacement oring but can not find what size it uses for potential universal replacement o-rings for it. In need of help badly. Only other I can possibly think of is to buy another fuel pressure regulator just to get the o-rings but it is $94 dollars. Any help would be muchly appreicated.

Tried Napa or a dealer?

"Universal replacement' O-Rings are probably not a good idea. Most of the "universal" rings are nitrile rubber (Buna-N) and the fuel system requires Viton. Nitrile will dissolve slowly and create serious/dangerous leaks of fuel under pressure. They are the equivalent of a time bomb.

For the fuel feed and return lines I think you need AC/Delco 217-452. They are about a dollar apiece at many stores like NAPA, CarQuest, Advance, O'Reiley, AutoZone, and other stores, or through the dealership parts department for a few dollars more. The ring I mentioned has a 7.35mm I.D. with a 1.66mm cross section (thickness).

Thanks so much for the info. My husband got with a guy whom owns a shop today and he fixed us up. And installed and no leaks this time. Thats what happens when I supervise and make sure he dont have a hammer in his hand. Thanks again so very much.
