Blown head gasket?

Hi- I had a 95 Chev Monte Carlo that had a blown head gasket. I just sold it to a friend of mine who is a mechanic- but he has not fixed the problem. He said that it didn't have a blown head gasket and that the reason why it was overheating is because the fans weren't kicking on. I am quite certain that it was a blown head gasket because we did a pressure test on it; and it would overheat- go all the way to red-hot- just after it was started and driven less that 2-4 miles. It would overheat after starting in no time.

So he's driving this car around with a blown head gasket.......I'm sure it's going to screw it up- right? I just want to know the facts because I don't want him trying to come back to me saying I sold him a junker.

Any info you could provide would be helpful!
Thanks

A blown head gasket would have evidence of water in the block, oil contamination in the radiator, shortage off coolant, and steam coming from the exhaust.

If head Gasket was blown, I would try http://www.steelseal.com !
