Little lights...and other things

I've decided that my car has to last me at least another 3-4 years, and so I've decided to try to get my car back where everything is working properly.
One of the problems is the horn honking on it's own. I've started a separate thread on that specific problem.
Over the past years, a couple of the interior lights have burned out in the car. One of them is in the steering wheel (one of the buttons that changes the temperature or something...I can't remember exactly which one). Another burned out light bulb is in the Passenger Climate Control assembly (the slider contraption on the dash on the passenger side where the passenger can change the temp on their side warmer/cooler than the rest of the car). Are any of these lights serviceable, or do the entire assemblies need to be replaced? How do the steering wheel buttons come out?
My driver's seat warmer hasn't worked in about 3-4 years. I know that I have to replace the seat leather, if not the entire seat, to get it to work. Does anyone know where you can get used parts at reasonable prices? I'd love to switch to cloth seats, but I've not seen them in quite a while...pretty rare, it seems.
Other parts that I'd like to get fixed include the carpet (mine has holes in it) and the secondary hood latch (doesn't always work right). I also need to replace the front sidemarker lights that have burned out.
I've had the car for nearly 6 years and it has over 120K miles on it. It runs great and has done well for me; only a couple major problems over the years... but until my wife's car is paid off, I can't do another car payment. Besides, there's no car out there these days that seems to interest me all that much.
Thanks for your help.

All should be "doable" with help from salvage yard or new parts.
One of them is in the steering wheel (one of the buttons that changes the temperature or something... Another burned out light bulb is in the Passenger Climate Control assembly (the slider contraption on the dash on the passenger side where the passenger can change the temp on their side warmer/cooler than the rest of the car).

I also need to replace the front sidemarker lights that have burned out.
Horn...personally have not worked on.
Steering wheel...suspect the button prys out...careful...and replace.
That passenger slider if I remember had LED's, and got mine to work for a while just "playing" with it. It is a "flaky" part and mine has quit again; probably just need a new one.
Cloth seats were available through 99 or 00 and can be found in salvage. Most places want $100 for a seat. Finding good clean cloth is difficult. I do have some maroon (driver's) that is not bad and I would sell if want; finally found some tan cloth and replaced. Use car-part.com to link nation salvage yards.
Front sidemarkers remove headlamp assembly for easy access and replace with #3057 double-life bulbs.
Hood latch maybe replace; maybe something just bent.
Carpet will take some work; remove seats, etc...
