2.7 to 3.2 Engine Swap Question

Hello,
I have a 2001 Dodge Intrepid with 2.7L Engine that is blown. I have a chance to buy a 1999 Dodge Intrepid with 3.2L Engine.
My question is will the 3.2 Engine Bolt up to the 2.7's Transmission?

yes it will, everything should be a direct fit, even most of the connectors.
