06 GT 2-dr windows not working

My Girlfriend has a 2006 Pontiac GT 2-Door and the windows are not working right. The windows NORMALLY automatically drop when opening the door and go back up when closing. Now they only drop when you open them but they both dont go back up when they close. Both windows operate perfectly but the automatic feature stopped closing the window. Could this just be a fuse? Or a more serious problem? Any help would be appreciated!!
