Clicking noise up to 10 mph

2003 Liberty Limited with about 103k.
When I am going between 0-10 mph, there is this clicking type of sound coming from the rear drivers side tire, or at least that's what it sounds like.
As soon as you reach 10 mph, the sound immediately stops. I've looked and there isn't a nail in the tire or stone that would be causing it.
Any ideas?

have you taken the rear wheel off to look at the brake pads and the backing plate? you might be able to see whats wrong if it is visualized?

My husband was out there a while with the tire off, not sure what all he looked at to be honest with you. He said it sounds like it is in the axle???
I have an appointment to have it looked at tomorrow.

Turns out it had something to do with the pads on the parking brake, the phone was crackling a lot when the mechanic called me, but I made out that something broke off and the pads and fallen out when he was looking. He replaced that and all is good now.
