My 95 4x4 blazer 4.3L is locking unlocking tc repeats at 45 - 50 mph. The voltage is coming from PCM and dropping off. I have replaced all sensors, the trans fluid is fresh and clean. 90+ of my driving is around town. Can I just leave the tc lockup off?? I have a large fan trans cooler with an electric fan so heat is not a problem????

Thanks Mike

by "all sensors" which ones did you replace?

i would assume that the speed sensor or bad PCM would cause the signal drop, but i'm def not a trans expert. (esp since my blazer is a 5 speed 2wd)

do you have the option to keep it out of overdrive?

I replaced the TPS, Map, air temp sensor, clean egr. Engine runs great.

If the front tires are wearing unevenly, they will cause a problem with the TCC - read it in the FSM. Put the 2 rear tires in front.

The front were nice and evenly bald so I have 4 new 235/75/r15 on it for a week now. If I'm driving under 40 or over 60 all is good.
