3 registered for NASA Weekend

I was looking at the list for the NASA Weekend and see 3 counting myself racing or doing time trials next weekend at the NASA event on the 3,4 & 5 of December at Road Atlanta. We need more Panoz or certainly welcome other Panoz owners to show up and share pointers at the track.:tongue:

Yes, we registered for two cars in TT. Blew a head gasket or cracked a head on one of the cars on Saturday at the Road Atl MVP event. Being 800 miles away from home with limited repair resources and/or lack of ambition for that matter prevented a solution. Looking at TTS time I don't expect to be very competitive. I only have much experience at the track, 270 RWHP, 275s. The Vets, Vipers and Jap cars will have their way with me on the straights.
I did enjoy watching the five Panoz cars at the Chin event @ Road Atl last weekend. Had to go to a wedding on Saturday otherwise I would have loved to run around the track with you guys.

I ran RA in my M3 - yes, the walls will crimp the anus for sure!! Fun Track!!

I wanted to come down and Drive in the HPDE Group 3, but my car kept turning off at Barber, makes me nervous.

Come on anyway. There will be a guy named Tiny that you can get to look at your car. He use to work for Panoz and is real good. Let me know and I can get a number if you need or just get up with him at the track. He will have 3 or 4 Panoz at the track.

I'll probably be there Saturday spectating. Will stop by and say hey to you guys.

Yeah, TTS guys probably running low 1:3x this weekend. Should be making lots of power.

There was a red and white Panoz chained to one of the buildings at Road Atlanta. Looks like it had alot of new parts and low hours. Anyone have details on this car. I called the number and the mailbox was full. Wondering if maybe it was left over from PAD or something.

I was told that it belonged to the President of Road Atlanta. I would call the track and ask them.

It does. The car is nice. It was there last year for a couple of events. I do not remember his name but I'm sure you can call the track and they will put y'all in touch.
