Uneven Brake Pad Wear

Hey all,
2001 SS
Recently replaced pads on driver side and the inner pad was worn completely but the outer was hardly touched. I was set to replace the caliper thinking the seal was shot, but was talked out of it by the guy at O'Reilly's and replaced the brake hose to the caliper instead. This was about 3 weeks ago.
Last week it was in the shop to diagnose a slew of problems and while they were fixing the tie rod ends on that side I had them check wear. Seems to be even but probably too early to tell.
Today I removed the passenger side pads to replace them as well, and what do ya know, same problem (see pic). Think this is the same issue (brake hose), or could it actually be both calipers are sticking? Or, could there be a bigger issue here?
I replaced both sets this spring, regreasing everything.
Thanks for any help!!

i would start by cleaning, and lube the guide pins that the calipers slide on. then keep an eye on the pad thickness. looks like those pins might be binding a bit.
