Car Alarm Issues..again,plz help

Well it turns out that there was some sort of backup alarm system that was disrupting the new alarm.It was removed and now the new alarm works like a charm. The installers admitted they wanted to do the easiest install so they used the exsisting wiring but it didn't pay off.They had to remove everything and do a whole new install.
