94 Regal 3.8 VATS problem

I have a 1994 Regal with a 3.8 and after getting a new security key from GM the VATS system is still not shutting off. From reading web posts and GM post I understand it could be the relay and/ or VATS module. Anyone have an idea where either is located on this model ¿ Thanks Sean:sarcasmsign:

I'm not sure on the Regal, but on a LeSabre its just above the opening for the glove box.
