I am trying to wire up my cb radio this truck. It requires 12vdc to operate but the fusebox has 10, 15, and 25v fuses. Is there a spot to pull 12vdc in this truck?

Those are amp ratings, all of those are 12 volts.

with a separate fuse for your CB locate a feed that goes to the aux pwr/cigarette lighter ports..tap into that wire..or get a 12volt male plug for the cigarette lighter that has a fuse built into it..

with that plug you could easily move cb to another vehicle or put away when not in use..

These trucks have a 12 volt dc electrical system throughout them, the 10 15 25 refers to amps which higgher amps are required for more things being used on a circuit (amps basically indcate the driving force of the electricity in a circuit or how much work that can be done within the circuit).
Ialso agree that you should attach to the port for the cigarette lighter to power the cb system, (some newer vehicles have a noise suppressor built into this circuit) and take your ground lead directly to the battery not the frame, this will help to reduce engine interference through your cb system which wil limit signal strength and shorten communicative distances.
