... you might just get a traffic ticket! Apparently, in Florida, cops are dressing up as bums on the street and giving traffic tickets...

they are arguing about being offensive to homeless people !!! what are they going to do ? call a lawyer ? They are freaking homeless , I don't think they are too worried about thier public image !!! people are so oversensitive. damn it pisses me off. Just like prisoners rights , f**kem they lost thier rights when they got sent to prison , and I love the death penalty!!!

Says a lot about human nature when the police aren't too ashamed to be mistaken for bums, but bums are too proud to be mistaken for police officers. But wait a minute......there doesn't appear to be any evidence to support the story.
As usual, the news story only exists because someone with a pretentious title in a hand-wringing organisation got a call from a journalist and provided a quote on cue.If the story had some quotes from genuine homeless people instead of middle-class do-gooders with fancy titles,it might have a bit more credibility.
This is 'manufactured news 101'.Find half a story, relay it to somebody who is publicity hungry enough to react to it,and then present it as a conflict.....geez,journalists. There are a few people in the media who can still present the facts, just the facts, and without bias, but there is little commercial demand for their work.I guess we get the kind of news that we deserve.:(
