Third light brake : probleme

Hello everybody,

I currently have a fiesta MK6 1600 petrol from 2004.

The third light brake doesn't work anymore and I can not remove it.

Explanations in my user book (in French) are not clear.... :-(

Is there anybody to help me with pictures or a message ?
