My trip to Stuttgart

Hi guys,

Here is a report of my visit in Stuttgart.
As i arrived on Thursday the 11th i only when to visit a LHS called Nimpex. The store is small, but containes alot of goodies. For example they have all the new F1 kits in 1/20 and many F1 kits in 1/12. It also have alot of aftermarket decals, pe sets, tools, paints. The store was owned by a nice woman who called Farah and gave me great information about our great hobby. You can even order on there website http://www.modelkits.de. Friday we went to the Porsche and Mercedes Museum. The Porsche Museum was amazing. Besides the road cars it had also alot of racing cars. There was also exhibition of 60 year of porsche in Amerika. So next up was the Mercedes Museum. This one was absolutly amazing. It shows the cars from in the beginning and went on until today's cars. It also had alot of historic racing cars and a few F1. I did these museum in 1 day, but we visited the first museum at 10am and the second at 2pm and leaving at closing time. Saturday we(me and my brother) went to visit the Sinsheim Museum. I think this is heaven for all the modeler's. This is a must to see. It has it all : Millitary, race cars, road cars(new and classic), drag racers, F1, indy, airplanes where you can go in to. We were there for a whole day and it's was totally worth it. So i took about 800 pics from the whole trip and posted them on photobucket. Here is the link and I hope you enjoy watching it.

I'm glad you had a great time. I actually drive by the museum in Sinsheim friday afternoon and sunday nights. Occasionally I stop there if I have the time and they're still open... still the best and most diverse museum in southwest Germany!
