So some moron hit my buick while i was at work and took off. Lucky a security guard got the plates off the truck that hit it and will be utilizing the cameras in the parking lot. However, in the picture you can see the headlight is smashed. The piece the headlight was attached to is shoved over the hood. It also contains the grill and buick emblem. Would you call this a grill? Or what would be the name for this? I need to fix my car. They left the hood and bumper intact, just this piece but I can't call junkyards asking for it if I don't even know what its called. Is there a name for this? If for some reason the picture isn't viewable, this is on a 1989 century.

Can't see the picture, but I'm guessing its the header panel.

Yeah, the photo isn't showing up for some reason, but if the part the headlight attaches to goes all the way across the front of the car, it might be a radiator support...how he managed to hit the headlight and miss the hood & bumper...sounds like a surgical strike to me.

Yes, it's called a header panel...even though it's not a header and not a panel.
