Ford F-250 won't start

Ok, i wrote about a week ago that my friends f-250 wouldn't start, I did change out the cam sensor & crank sensor, the computer is good everything was hooked up. and it still isn't running. i was told about a sensor that is screwed into the drivers side head that comes from the computer, Can anyone tell me what the sensor is called.:uhoh: F-250 5.4 1998

check the distributor, make sure it turns and then if thats all good, check the wires to the plugs and then the plugs... just a thought... or do they have distributors? Sorry if im dumb with new models, or old new models more like, lol. What iv always been told is if it has spark and dont start then it needs air or fuel. If it has air then it needs fuel of spark, im sure u get where im going with this, lol. start with the basics...

did you check the plugs and see if it's getting spark? yellow spark no good blue spark good.

No fire & No distributor on this model, No plug wires just coil packs.

Check power at coil packs if you get power to coils and still no spark replace the coil packs
