Advice Needed On My S40, NEW VOLVO OWNER

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Hi im a new owner of a S palte 2.0 16v auto now just a few prblems need sorting out
1- it dosnt seem to blow all to good wen i turn it towords the windscreen but the fans work on all other setting and wen you do turn it on the screen the A/C light comes on and it just blows cold even wen on hot plus
2- The head lights come on all the time and wen i do turn the head lights on it dont make a diffrence but i dont get an alarm to tell me the lights are on
3- And the final thing is wen im driving its does seem to knock from the front wen you go over a bump
4- One last thing there is a clicking comeing from near the key and it dosnt seem to go away even wen driving
ANY ADVICE IS SOOOO WELCOME
